Kensington and Chelsea is one of the smallest boroughs in London and one of the most varied. Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Holland Park at one end, Earl’s Court, West Brompton and World’s End in the middle, Notting Hill and Ladbroke Grove going north, and North Kensington and Golborne at the top, where some of the most deprived neighbourhoods in England sit a few streets from some of the most expensive.

The Kensington Post covers all of it. The Royal Borough decides the things residents actually deal with: parking zones and permits, what may be built or altered in a conservation area, basement applications, licensing on the busier streets, and where each council tax band lands. Those decisions are published, and we read them and write down what they say with a link to the file.
